DO QUOTES GO AFTER QUESTION MARK

In standard English grammar, quotation marks typically go after the question mark when quoting a question. Here are some examples:

“Will you be coming to the party?” she asked.

“What time is it?” he inquired.

“Why did you do that?” he exclaimed.

However, if the question mark is not part of the quotation itself, it should be placed outside the closing quotation mark. For instance: MY SISTER AND I QUOTES

Did she really say, “I love you”?

Have you ever heard the phrase, “Actions speak louder than words”?

Remember that punctuation rules may vary slightly depending on the style guide you are following or the specific context of your writing.
